Digital Services Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of service purchase
  • No work must have been started or delivered on the project
  • Custom strategies, plans, or work that has already been completed are non-refundable
  • Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Monthly retainer services can be canceled with 30 days written notice, but payments for the current month are non-refundable

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are typically non-refundable once work has begun:

  • SEO campaign setup and strategy development
  • Custom website audits and analysis
  • Content creation (articles, blog posts, copywriting)
  • Social media management for periods already served
  • Paid advertising spend (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Any custom reporting or analytics setup
  • Completed design work or development

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@lotusmarketing.org with the following information:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • Details of the service you purchased
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10-14 business days.

Service Cancellation

You may cancel ongoing monthly services at any time with 30 days written notice. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.

No refunds will be provided for the current billing period, but you will continue to receive services until the end of that period.

Exceptions

In cases where services were not delivered as described or there was a significant failure on our part to provide the promised services, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

We also reserve the right to terminate services and provide a prorated refund if we are unable to deliver the services for reasons within our control.
